Terms of Service

Governing rules for accessing and utilizing OTTMAXX architecture.

By accessing or utilizing the OTTMAXX Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and digital infrastructure.

1. Digital Product Nature

OTTMAXX provides digital access keys, software configurations, and environment modules ("Digital Goods"). These goods are purely digital, non-tangible assets delivered via automated web infrastructure.

2. User Responsibilities & Account Security

  • Zero Sharing Protocol: License keys are bound to a single user environment. Sharing, distributing, or attempting to resell our digital licenses will result in immediate API termination without a refund.
  • System Modifications: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security modules of our provided software is strictly prohibited.
  • Accountability: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your setup guides, Telegram links, and API access keys.

3. Service Availability & Updates

While we strive for 100% uptime, our configurations depend on external game environments. If a target game deploys a patch, our modules may temporarily go offline for safety updates. Downtime due to external game updates is not compensable. We provide 'Status Updates' strictly through our VIP Telegram channels.

4. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that using third-party configurations carries inherent risks regarding your target accounts. OTTMAXX, its developers, and its infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any account bans, suspensions, or data loss resulting from the use of our software. You utilize these tools entirely at your own discretion.

Privacy Protocol

How we handle, encrypt, and destroy your data.

At OTTMAXX, we operate on a strict Minimal-Logging & Zero-Knowledge Protocol. Your privacy and anonymity are fundamental to our infrastructure design.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the bare minimum data required to establish your session and deliver your digital assets:

  • Email & Name: Collected strictly for portal authentication and license delivery.
  • Device Fingerprint: Hardware ID is hashed mathematically and used solely to lock your license key to your specific device, preventing unauthorized sharing.

2. Financial Data Handling

We do not process or store any financial data. All transactions (UPI, Crypto transfers, and Gift Cards) are routed through encrypted, off-site third-party gateways. We only receive a binary 'Success/Fail' callback payload to release your license key.

3. Telemetry & Analytics

Our client software communicates with our servers strictly for authentication and version checking. We do not monitor your screen, keystrokes, or personal files. All telemetry is anonymized and auto-purged from our database every 24 hours.

4. Data Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party under any circumstance. Because our database infrastructure uses zero-knowledge encryption, we mathematically cannot hand over user activity logs.

Refund Policy

Strict cryptographic policies regarding digital transactions.

Because OTTMAXX delivers intangible, irrevocable digital goods in real-time, our refund policy is extremely strict to prevent digital fraud and license abuse.

1. General Rule: No Refunds

Once a transaction is processed and the Digital License Key or Setup File has been displayed, emailed, or delivered to your dashboard, the sale is 100% Final. Cryptographic keys cannot be "returned".

2. Valid Refund Exceptions

We will issue a refund or a replacement key strictly under the following conditions:

  • System Failure: You were charged, but our automated system completely failed to generate or deliver a license key within 12 hours.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally billed twice for the exact same order hash due to a gateway timeout.

3. Invalid Refund Requests

We will deny refunds for the following reasons:

  • "I changed my mind" or "I bought this by mistake."
  • "The software doesn't work on my specific PC/Phone" (Ensure you check requirements before purchase).
  • "My game account got banned/suspended." (As stated in TOS, usage is at your own risk).
  • Temporary downtime due to external game updates.

4. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue, you must contact our VIP Telegram Support first. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute via your bank/crypto provider will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of your device hardware ID and IP address across all our systems.
